Sar V Sri™ was established in 2003 by Savita Gupta, a visionary who had loang been a part of the culinary world through her family’s renowned restaurants - Palace Cafe in Vellore, Ratna Cafe in Chennai, and Shanti Vihar in Chennai. These iconic names are embedded in the fabric of South India’s hospitality heritage, where Savita’s passion for food, service, and culture first blossomed. Her dream was to offer the same high standards and flavors she cherished in her family’s restaurants, but in a more flexible and personalized format outdoor catering.
Today, Pratha Gupta, Savita’s daughter, carries this vision forward with dedication and grace. As the company’s leader, she combines her mother's legacy with her own dynamic approach to hospitality, pushing boundaries while ensuring that the core values of Sar V Sri™ remain rooted in authenticity, quality, and warm, personalized service.
